Meet the Teams & Band Night

Saturday, August 18th

Sponsored by the Caldwell Athletic Boosters

Honoring Band, Cross Country, Football, Cheerleaders, Volleyball, and Soccer

Meals will be available for $3.00 each starting at 5:30.

Door prizes will be donated by Pepsi.

There will also be a silent auction, live auction, and 50/50 drawing.

Here is what we will need from you:

Football players: $5 from each football family to pay for the meat.

Volleyball parents:  We need 175 small bags of chips.

Cheerleaders:  125 hamburger buns and 50 hot dog buns.

Cross Country & Soccer:  We need cookies and desserts.

We also need from anyone who would like to help:

Someone to run the silent auction and help with the live auction.

A money taker at 5:00.

50/50 sellers at 5:00.

Cooks and servers in the kitchen at 4:45.

And lastly:  We need everyone to help clean up!
