This week we are excited to recognize Karen Baker as our Staff Member of the Week! Karen truly goes above and beyond for our students and our district each and every day. Whether she’s driving a bus, helping out in the kitchen, or stepping in to cover custodial shifts, Karen is always willing to help wherever she’s needed.
Her flexibility, dedication, and positive attitude have made a big difference at the high school and across the entire district, helping everything run smoothly behind the scenes. We are so grateful for her hard work and commitment to our kids and community.

Just a quick reminder that Tuesday, January 6th is a teacher professional development day meaning, no school for students.
We’re excited for the work ahead and can’t wait to welcome students back on Wednesday!
We are giving our students an extra day of Christmas break! Tuesday, January 6th will now be a teacher professional development day, meaning no school for students. Our staff will be hard at work preparing for a strong second half of the year, while our students enjoy one more day to rest, recharge, and ease back into the routine.
We wanted to share this update early to help families plan ahead, and we will be sure to send reminders as the date gets closer.
Enjoy the extended break with your families! We will see all students back on Wednesday, January 7th, ready to kick off 2026.
Have a safe and wonderful holiday season!
Clint is also a longtime and highly successful basketball coach whose impact on our students extends far beyond wins and losses. His commitment, consistency, and mentorship have positively shaped students for years.
Thank you, Clint, for everything you do for our students, our schools, and our community, we are grateful to have you!

Whether he’s fixing equipment, jumping in as a mechanic, solving unexpected problems, or lending a hand wherever it’s needed, Caden does it all with skill, reliability, and a great attitude. Our campuses run smoother because of his hard work and versatility.
Caden, thank you for everything you do for our students, staff, and schools. We are lucky to have you on our team!

We have reset the system and resumed normal operations. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the school office
This week we are proud to recognize Tiffiny Sidwell, one of our outstanding high school secretaries who truly does it all. Tiffiny helps keep our building running smoothly every day, supports students and staff with a smile, helps coordinate drivers’ education, coaches JH volleyball, and even steps in as a substitute bus driver when needed!
Her versatility, dedication, and willingness to help anywhere in the district make her an invaluable part of Caldwell Schools. Thank you, Tiffiny, for everything you do for our students, families, and community!

This week we are proud to recognize Mrs. Brandey Mincks, a longtime Caldwell educator and one of our most respected teachers. Mrs. Mincks is known for the way she truly cares about her students and their families—always going above and beyond to make sure every child feels supported and valued.
Thank you, Mrs. Mincks, for your dedication, compassion, and years of commitment to the Caldwell community. We are lucky to have you!

We are happy to welcome our community to use the track at the Tribe Athletic Complex for walking or running!
The walk-in entrance is near the main gate in the parking lot, and the track is open for personal use anytime it’s not being used by the school (for example, during track practice or scheduled events).
Please remember that any use of the turf field must be coordinated through Caldwell Athletics Director, Chance Rucker, and pets are not permitted on the track or turf areas. (The turf surface can’t handle pet waste, so we appreciate your cooperation!)
We are excited to see families and neighbors staying active and enjoying this beautiful facility!
Mrs. Baker’s students are constantly learning through hands-on, real-world projects that include designing and coding robots, exploring agriculture, food science, and 3D modeling. One of her newest and most popular courses, Medical Detectives, gives students the chance to step into the role of healthcare professionals. They have learned how to take vitals, diagnose diseases, and even tested antibiotics on bacteria samples to determine the best treatment.
She also goes the extra mile to share these great experiences with families through her CTE Classroom Newsletter, which showcases the excitement and innovation happening in her classroom every day.
Thank you, Mrs. Baker, for your creativity, dedication, and passion for helping students discover their future careers
