The Caldwell Exempted Village School District is proud to have an AmeriCorps Ohio College Guide, through Scholarship Central in Muskingum County, to periodically be on campus helping students with scholarships, college access, and on nights such as our FAFSA Completion Night. This person would also assist with cataloging Noble County scholarships to funnel to the Muskingum County Community Foundation's online search function to make scholarship searching easier for Caldwell students.

The student body @ CHS honored Constitution Day with an assembly focusing on their natural rights and the role the military has in their protection.
Students were challenged to memorize and recite the preamble to the constitution. #government #citizenship

Great news for our CEVSD families!! At last Thursday’s board meeting, the board voted to eliminate all school fees for students during the 2019-2020 school year. If you have already paid your student’s fees, please contact the school and indicate whether or not you would like a refund or would like a credit on your child’s lunch account. Refunds will be issued at the board office.

Our Redskins had another great weekend full of spirit, pride, and determination!! Our Runnin’ Redskins took 2nd (Girls) and 6th (Boys). The Jr. High Boy’s Football team beat Barnesville, and The Tribe was back by popular demand on Saturday.

Labor Day weekend did not disappoint for our Redskins!! Mason Ackley took 1st place at Newcomerstown this weekend. His Runnin’ Redskin teammates took 1st, while the girls’ team took 2nd. Our Soccer team won their 1st game of the season against Magnolia. School spirit was in full force all weekend long⚽️🏈🏆🥇

Congrats to CHS Sophomore Elle Schafer on being selected by the faculty as a model REDskin. The character of a Redskin starts with RED and builds everyday in our new Access Period.
Elle demonstrated Civility to her classmates, engagement in our classrooms and took on the responsibilities of being both a good student and a leader.
At today’s pep assembly she was presented three tickets to the Cleveland Browns vs Tennessee Titans football game on September 8.
